Do you offer gluten free / dairy free cookies?
Yes, for an additional fee.
At this time, gluten and dairy free options are not available during our holiday events or pre-sales to prevent cross-contamination when we are baking in large quantities.
Do you ship your cookies?
We can, but we prefer not to! Due to the delicate nature of our soft-bite cookies and fragile details, shipping can affect the final presentation when they arrive. We can suggest sourcing local cookiers in your area instead!
Do you offer holiday themed cookies?
Yes! We love being a part of holiday celebrations throughout the year.
During the holiday season we announce our offerings on our social media channels. These are pre-sale items, where you purchase what you would like, for a specified pickup date in the future.
Due to the busy nature of the holiday seasons, we cannot offer custom orders close to these times (Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day, etc.)
When should I book?
We only have time to make cookies a couple nights per week – so space is limited! We typically book between 4 and 6 weeks in advance, so we recommend contacting us as far ahead as possible!
Even if you have a tentative date, let us know and we can pencil you in to our calendar.
Are you nut-free?
Some of our key ingredients are packaged in facilities that also package nut products, and because our cookies are produced in a home kitchen, we cannot guarantee that our products are 100% nut-free.
If you find yourself with any food-based allergen restrictions, we ask you kindly find another local baker that can accommodate your health needs. There are MANY amazing bakers and creators in the Calgary area.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require full payment at the time of order to hold your spot, but we understand that things can happen!
Refunds will be issued if cancellation is within 1 week of your pickup date, or we can reschedule you if our calendar allows.
If your event is cancelled at the last minute (under one week’s notice) and your orders has already been prepared, we will provide you with your cookies with instructions on how to freeze them. They store for up to 3 months!
